Parents,
Post Christmas workouts are gonna be designed for smaller group for more ONE-ON-ONE attention
These 60 min sessions will be fast paced and all based on game reps and movements

30 mins footwork and attacking the rim
30 min of game actions / jump- shots

@ St. George Maronite (6070 Babcock)

Boys and Girls
Tues / weds / thurs ( 3 days )
12 to 1pm ( 4th -7th )

1pm to 2pm ( 6th-8th)

2pm to 3pm (8th- high school)

$30 per session or $75 for all 3 sessions
